CX GLOBAL TRENDS – GLOBAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TRENDS

On December 12, 2024, the international conference “CX Global Trends – Global Customer Experience Trends” was successfully held. This event is part of SOI.Pro’s efforts to seek international partners and resources to build a high-quality program, fostering a robust domestic CX community that aligns with international standards. The conference received valuable support from MB and welcomed over 250 guests from major enterprises and organizations nationwide.

As one of the three keynote speakers, Mr. Nguyễn Huy Bình, CEO of SYCA (SOI.Pro), with over 10 years of experience implementing Customer Experience solutions for numerous businesses, shared practical lessons in “CX Improvement Strategies” through successful projects with MB, VietinBank, and Hyundai.

In addition, the conference provided attendees with opportunities to connect and learn from leading experts in the field of Customer Experience:
🔹 Mr. Tom DeVries, a world-renowned CX expert, offered groundbreaking insights on “The CX Ecosystem: Comprehensive Connectivity, Optimized Value”. Real-life examples from Google, Samsung, and PepsiCo highlighted the importance of building a comprehensive CX ecosystem.


🔹 Dr. Tom DeWitt, Director of CXM at Michigan State University, presented on “Experience Strategies: Emotional Connections, Lasting Memories”. He emphasized that “Emotions are the bridge that allows brands to leave a lasting impression on customers.”

The panel discussion, led skillfully by Ms. Nguyễn Quỳnh Trang, a Design Thinking coaching expert, created an open atmosphere with practical exchanges, addressing participants’ questions regarding CX improvements in a volatile business environment.

Once again, SOI.Pro extends its heartfelt thanks to the speakers, delegates, MB, and nearly 50 participating organizations for contributing to the success of the program. The valuable questions and discussions from participants are a testament to the deep interest in Customer Experience – an inevitable trend in the new era.
