As Typhoon Yagi passed, the northern provinces in general, and Yên Bái in particular, suffered severe damage. Homes were destroyed, roads were cut off, and the lives of the residents, especially those from disadvantaged families, faced numerous challenges in returning to normalcy. Students were also significantly affected as schools in the province were damaged and lacked essential learning materials.
With the spirit of “The intact leaves protect the tattered ones” and to help flood-affected communities to quickly rebuild their lives, on September 21, 2024, SOI.Pro organized a charity journey to Yên Bái. Our journey stopped by and presented gifts to the students of Tân Nguyên Primary School in Yên Bình District, Yên Bái Province. Additionally, SOI.Pro’s leadersand staff personally visited and provided financial aid and essential supplies to several disadvantaged families in Tân Nguyên commune.
